The Deadlift: How To LOWER The Barbell

There is a way to lower the barbell at the top of a deadlift. It should be lowered in the same way that you picked it up, which is a straight line. At the start of the lift, you are pushing your feet through the floor. You should break at the hips first when you are lowering the barbell.
