It’s amazing what you can do with your body at any age if you’re willing to make physical fitness a habit. It’s not necessary to go out and join an expensive gym membership or a bunch of equipment. If you’re willing to simply “try” and just start pumping your body, good things can and will happen. And it’s true you don’t have to get crazy with weights or invest in complicated systems: just start doing a pull-up or two then maybe three or four and results will happen. If you really are doing more pull-ups and more push-ups than you did the day before common sense will tell what you heart already knows… results will happen!
