John Cena has set his new deadlift record. It is very impressive indeed becuase while he ain’t old he sure isn’t young either. He is a famous wrestler and an actor and is very physically fit the way someone doing those things should be. This is obvious by his ability to lift such large amounts -straight up- without getting hurt. Deadlifting is something you need to be prepared for before trying to do heavy weights. Don’t try this at home…unless you’re a freak!!!
