42-year-old Lyen Wong was born Milagros Lyen Wong Aseguinolaza on August 5, 1980, in Matanzas, Cuba.She is a German-Cuban fitness athlete of Spanish, African and Chinese origin. Lyen started out as a female fitness trainer in 2003 and then moved into fitness competitions in 2005.She is also a Personal Trainer, certified by the American Council on Exercise.
