It is possible to be fit and lose weight at any age after hard work and a process of at least 6 months. In fact, I would not recommend that anyone even look in the mirror before 90 days because you’ll only be disappointed. It just depends on how hard you work for it. The images in this video show us the before and the after of people that were not happy with their bodies. The preponderance of faces in the after photos are smiling and happy. This proves it’s not only physical well-being but emotional well-being as well. It only goes to prove that you can start an exercise program at any age and realize remarkable changes for the better.
