How The Rock Makes A 275-Pound Bench Go A Long Way

Heavy weights are not always the key to gaining big muscles. What Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson does is that he attaches chains at both sides of the bar when he is training. This is known as the “resistance curve” and it actually is more effective than lifting just 275 lbs of just weights.
