We’ve all been there at some point or another. You know you should go to the gym and workout, you know that it’s good for you and all that stuff. But you just can’t get motivated to go. Now there are a lot of causes for lack of motivation to exercise, but one thing that you are probably doing is making the task of going to the gym and working out too big in your mind.
