When one is interested in developing more muscles during weight training there is a long missed opportunity out there. Many people forget to use mind-muscle connection to help during your workout. Also, you need to target specific muscles to allow for muscle fiber recruitment. Instead of doing ten reps three or four times and wearing out muscles it is better to do 2-3 sets of 10-12 reps. This trains your muscles by targeting the specific muscle(s).
