I’m sure I have never seen more lunge and core variations collected in one place. This video has a remarkable amount of variations that use both body weight, dumbbells, and bars. The overwhelming focus here is on the lower body and core. While I wouldn’t call this strict bodybuilding, it still speaks well to body sculpting and agility. Frankly, I can’t imagine many men being able to duplicate so many variations, especially in terms of flexibility. The more I research, the more I believe that the cutting edge may belong to woman fitness pioneers.
