Why Be Weak When Strong Feels Oh So Good?

Don’t be a skinny whiny salad eater! Why would you choose that option if you have a choice get some weights and make it happen! Feel good about yourself! Who’s got time for anemia? There is nothing better than a strong physically competent woman who knows how to kick ass and take names! I don’t want to go out on a date with a woman who orders a salad and then passes out after one glass of wine! Let’s get real! Strong is beautiful! Strength shows a confident desire to take care of yourself. That is a statement of self-respect.  What’s more attractive than that?
